Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you! Unfortunately, we do not yet offer shipping outside of the EU.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Estimated delivery times:

✔️ Netherlands: 1 business day.
✔️ Belgium: 1-2 business days.
✔️ Germany, France & Luxembourg: 2–4 business days.
✔️ Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all orders within the Netherlands.

For other EU countries, shipping costs vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

You’ll always see the final shipping cost before payment.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify, including:

✔️ Apple pay / Google Pay

All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders within 1 day, so we can’t guarantee changes once an order is placed.

However, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help!

If the order has already shipped, you may be able to return it once it arrives.

I didn't receive an order confirmation, what now?

Order confirmations are sent automatically to your email within a few minutes of purchase.

Didn’t get one?

✔️ Check your spam/junk folder.
✔️Contact us here and we’ll resend it for you.

My payment failed, what now?

If your payment didn’t go through:

✔️ Double-check your card details or bank app.
✔️ Try a different payment method.
✔️ Make sure your card allows online or international purchases.

If the issue continues, try placing your order again or contact us for help.

What is your return policy?

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify:

✔️ The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
✔️ Include all original accessories and manuals.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Click here to see our complete return and refund policy.

How do I return a product?

Returning your item is easy:

  1. support@swiftvein.com] or via our contact form.
  2. Let us know your order number and the reason for return.
  3. We'll send you the return instructions and return address (in the Netherlands)

Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund within several business days.

How long does it take to get a refund?

After your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund you within 5 business days.


✔️ You'll get the refund via your original payment method.
✔️ You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.

Note: Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account.

How do I activate my warranty?

No need to register, your warranty is automatically activated from the date of purchase.

Just keep your order confirmation email as proof.

If you ever need support, we’ll ask for your order number or receipt.

What should I do if something is missing from my box?

If your package arrived incomplete, we’re here to help.

Please contact us at support@swiftvein.com within 7 days of delivery with:

✔️ Your order number.
✔️ A photo of the box and all of its contents.

We’ll ship the missing item(s) as soon as possible or offer another suitable solution.

Can my warranty be extended?

Yes, we offer free warranty extensions on a selection of products!
