The Swiftvein Vortex is a powerful, compact carpet and spot cleaner for carpets, rugs, sofas, car seats, mattresses and other upholstered surfaces. Its 17kPa suction, separate clean- and dirty-water tanks and interchangeable brush heads deliver deep cleaning in a lightweight design.

Assembly & Care
Simple setup and easy care after every clean.
- Choose the large or small brush head for the surface and connect the hose securely before use.
- Fill the clean-water tank with lukewarm water and the recommended amount of low-foaming cleaning solution. Do not exceed the MAX line.
- Test the cleaning solution on a small, inconspicuous area before treating the full surface.
- Keep the Vortex upright during use and empty the dirty-water tank when it reaches the MAX line.
- After every use, empty and rinse both tanks, then flush the hose and nozzle with the self-cleaning attachment.
- Allow every part to air-dry completely before reassembling and storing the Vortex indoors in a dry place.
Always follow the surface manufacturer's care instructions. Never immerse the machine or use bleach, solvent-based products or strongly foaming cleaners.
2-year limited warranty
Every Vortex includes a standard two-year limited warranty. If a covered fault occurs during that period, Swiftvein will arrange a suitable solution in accordance with the warranty policy. You can register the product for one additional year of warranty at no charge.

I am very satisfied with this product. So much dirt came out of my sofa and chairs, and the transparent head clearly shows when the water runs clean.

Can I use another cleaning solution?
Yes. Use a low-foaming carpet or upholstery cleaner and avoid high-foam products, bleach and harsh chemicals that can damage the machine or leave residue.
What water temperature should I use?
For the best result, use warm water around 30–40°C. Do not use boiling or very hot water because it can damage internal parts and the tanks.
How long does furniture take to dry?
Drying depends on the material, how much water was used and ventilation. Most surfaces dry in approximately 30 minutes to four hours.
How do I clean the Vortex after use?
Use the self-cleaning attachment to flush the hose, empty and rinse both tanks, wipe the exterior and let every component dry before storage.
