The Vortex is designed for carpets, rugs, upholstery, stairs, car interiors, and other fabric surfaces. It's perfect for spot-cleaning spills, stains, and pet messes on soft surfaces. It’s not suitable for hard floors.
Yes! You can use any low-foam carpet or upholstery cleaning solution. Avoid using bleach, high-foam detergents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the machine.
After each use, attach the self-cleaning part to flush out the hose and internal tubing. This helps prevent buildup and bad odors. Then, empty and rinse both the clean and dirty water tanks, wipe down the nozzle and brush area, and let all parts dry completely before storing. Regular cleaning keeps your Vortex running efficiently and hygienically.
We recommend using warm water (around 40°C) in the clean water tank. This helps activate your cleaning solution and improves stain removal. Avoid using boiling water, as extreme heat can damage internal components.
If your Vortex appears to be leaking, first check that both the clean and dirty water tanks are properly seated and securely closed. Make sure the tanks are not overfilled and that the rubber seals are clean and undamaged. A small amount of water around the nozzle or hose after use is normal, especially if the machine was recently emptied. If leaking continues during operation or storage, please contact our support team for troubleshooting or replacement parts.
To set the alarm, press and hold the alarm icon until the time starts flashing. Use the "+" and "–" buttons to set your desired wake-up time. Once set, press the sunrise icon to choose the light duration (10, 20, or 30 minutes) before your alarm. The light will gradually brighten to simulate a natural sunrise.
Yes! You can fully adjust the brightness level to your preference, and choose from multiple light colors for both the sunrise and ambient lighting modes. This allows you to create the perfect wake-up experience or relaxing atmosphere.
Yes, the Solara needs to remain plugged in to function properly. It does not contain an internal battery for alarm backup. We recommend using it with a stable power source to ensure consistent operation.
The Solara does not have a built-in rechargeable battery to power the light or alarm. However, it includes a small button cell battery on the bottom. This is only used to save your settings (like time and alarms) in case of a power outage. The device must remain plugged in to function normally.
To reset the Solara to its factory settings, press and hold the "volume down" and "+" buttons at the same time for 5 seconds until the screen flashes. This will erase all custom settings, including the time, alarm, and light preferences, and restore the device to its original default state.
Yes, the projector works while plugged in via the included USB cable. It does not contain a built-in battery, so it needs to remain connected to a power source during use.
Using the remote control, you can set the projector to turn off automatically after 45 or 90 minutes. This is great for use as a night light without needing to manually turn it off.
Yes, you can operate the basic functions (power, light mode, nebula on/off) using the buttons on the back of the projector. However, advanced features like the timer and brightness control are only available via the remote.
Yes, the Swiftvein Astronaut is child-safe when used as intended. It stays cool to the touch, uses low-voltage power via USB, and contains no small detachable parts. However, the projector does include a green laser as part of the star effect. This laser is classified as Class 1, which is safe for general use, but children should not stare directly into the laser light. Always supervise young children during use and keep the cable out of reach.
The projector works any time, but for best results, use it in a dark room. The galaxy and nebula effects are most visible in low-light conditions or complete darkness.
Yes! You can use just the sound, just the light, or both together, whatever suits your routine.
Absolutely. Use the optional timer to set it to shut off after 30, 60, or 90 minutes.
Yes, the Nimbus is designed with babies in mind. It includes a child lock and fetal sound, and the volume can be adjusted to a safe level.
The light has a warm amber tone with freely adjustable brightness levels, but the color itself is not changeable.
The Nimbus offers a widely adjustable volume range. It is soft enough for newborns, and can get loud enough to block snoring or city noise.
You can clean jewelry, watches, glasses, razors, dentures, coins, tools and more. Always check the manual for specific guidelines.
Plain tap water works well for most items. You can use the degas mode to get the air bubbles out of the tap water for more effectiveness.
For extra cleaning power, you can add a drop of mild detergent or ultrasonic cleaning solution. The manual describes the most ideal detergent and timer settings for each type of object.
Degas Mode removes air bubbles from the water, which helps the ultrasonic waves work more effectively. It is especially useful with fresh tap water or cleaning solutions.
No. As long as the item is suitable for ultrasonic cleaning (waterproof and no loose components) and placed in the provided basket or watch holder, it's completely safe.
Yes. The device automatically shuts off when the timer ends. Just set it and come back when it’s done.
Yes, it supports fast charging up to 65W.
